My Priority List

I have read in many of the books that successful people always have priority list. It is said, list should be made one day before the start of new day. To write my priority list I have started to observe my every day action carefully. As I have started to become more aware of action rather than just being on automatic mode like a machine, I have found that I am doing the things which are my priorities.

Being a working mother always takes extra effort to balance both the parts of life. Most of the time I plan my day one day before. But still I found something is missing. Some days I am very happy and some days  not so satisfying. I was trying to find out the reason and that’s how I raised my awareness in my work. After days and days of observation I came up with some conclusions. So, here I am going to share how to make priority list based on my experience.

Before making the list here are the questions which I ask myself.

Whether this work will add to my progress in life?

If it will help me fulfill my goals ?

Whether it will contribute in the life of people living with me ?

Am I contributing towards my environment?

Am I making difference in the life of other people?

Is the task giving me the satisfaction ?

At the end of the day am I feeling worthy and fulfilling ?

If answer for all the questions is YES then one can easily move for the list.

As the day start watch each action and the feeling associated with it. One should feel enchanted to do something even before the task begins.

Always make sure that messages, texts, news, email or any social media handling can be done at a specific time. Do not waste your time and energy in pleasing others all the time.

I found that only two to three activities which are really important to me. So, I make my priority list accordingly.

This will increase my focus to do a particular task. I will save my energy from getting wasted. I will always do something for the betterment of myself, family and surroundings. This is my extension to be useful to the society.
