 Love yourself unconditional......

I love myself. It is a small sentence, full of emotions. The self-realization to understand this statement took me a long time. This helped me understand about my past life. As a child I was always helping my friends. I was trying to draw their attention but I was unaware about my intention. Most of the time I was appreciating others. Now I realize may be for appreciation in return. The one who did not appreciated me was not in the list of my friends. The way to judge people or the scale to categorize people was simply based on this. 

Is this the only way to relate to the people? I think the childhood stories and fantasies play an important role in developing such a thought. Like me may be many other children also seek their preferences of relation this way. As I grew up this did not change, it continued even by the middle age. Then after closely working with children, young and adult I realized people should not be categorized in such a way, as it is not the correct way. It is not the correct way to rather judge or form an opinion about them. I was looking for recognition, without realizing my true worth, without understanding self, without understanding self love.

Now the question arises where does this self love come from and why it is important. Most important how to understand it. Life is like a miracle. I believe in this statement. When I look back, I feel that I am where I always thought, I should be. So, how it happened, only by the creation of my thoughts and beliefs. In only one sentence one can count so many "I", it is an indication that I am well into the flow to express what is self love. Naturally or biologically we have been given a sense of survival for our body. Does that mean we do every task to survive ? May be or may not be. We as human being has evolved to an extend that survival is not an issue today. I think awareness about our own physical, mental and spiritual being in called as self love. I am taking care of my physical body by means of having healthy food which includes adequate quantity of protein, carbohydrate, fat vitamin and minerals. Every morning exercise for half an hour. I meditate and listen to talk on well being which improves my mental health and spiritual being. All thanks to my wellness community which was introduced by my father who is a wellness coach. This made me realize that as a women playing different roles with epicenter as family, we forget self care and for me self care is self love. I have received support of many people in my life but I feel one should from the very beginning i.e childhood should be aware and conscious about self care. I feel self love brings more joy, freedom, capabilities and creativity in one's life. Self love comes when we closely watch our every action, words and thought. We become better and better everyday this way. Then we are able to look for betterment of others. In this process, we do not look for other people's appreciation rather we lighten from within. This is called as self-esteem. This comes into play when we are into lowest stage of our emotion or even highest state of emotion. A balance is brought when we have a healthy mind, body and soul.
