If I have to define a leader I need only one sentence to describe, that is " One who CARE".
In any institute, organization, company and country role of a head is very important. People who work under, always look up to them.There are so many words to explain the character of a leader like- Visionary, innovator, motivator, initiator, torch-bearer etc.
But I feel one word "care" gives a complete sense in all respect.In a family we see our mother or father as a leader who takes care of everything.They consciously or unconsciously become " hero" in our life.Similarly, we look up, on teachers when we go to school.
I believe each person is a leader in their position.In our day to day life, each moment,we have to be conscious and take charge of situations.Now, how we react and act on the circumstances develops our personality.And this makes us either a leader or a follower. As JOHN QUICY ADAMS says - If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a LEADER.
A leader always search for solutions.As in the words of HENRY FORD - " Don't find the fault, find remedy". A LEADER walks along with the people who follow him. He understands the value of their work. He communicates and creates an atmosphere of trust.These values make people more willing to work with such leaders. So, I would say be a person who care.If one can attribute this trait, then he or she can bring miracles in not only lives of their family members but people around.Think like a leader and be a leader.Thus, take care of people to reach the ultimate goal of leadership which is to save humanity.ALL THE BEST.........AND ....BE A LEADER....
